ACUVANCE USA offers a service to replace the following products with new ones at the following prices. Repair and replacement of the board is not supported.
* The shipping cost for repairs at the head office in Japan will be higher than this program. please understand this condition.

Shipping cost to customers is $10.00 flat within US nationwide. If you wish to use USPS priority Mail, the actual cost will be charged.
Actual shipping cost need to outside United State.

This program is limited to the replacement of items that are clearly damaged. It does not correspond to products that operate normally.

If you wish to have a new replacement at the above price, you must first request our Customer Service by email, and after confirmation, send the actual item to ACUVANCE USA.
* As a general rule, this program is only available to customers who purchase products directly on this site or from ACUVANCE USA authorized dealers.
* If customer wish to program, need to show the Invoice number of the time of purchase.
* Customers are responsible for shipping charges to ACUVANCE USA.
* After sending the product to ACUVANCE USA, if there is no response to our Product replacement program or if the invoice amount presented is not paid for more than 1 month, the product will not be returned to the customer. This may be discarded at our discretion.
If the customer requests the product to be returned within 1 month after the product is sending ACUVANCE USA, the product will be returned at the actual shipping cost.
